In Episode 16 of Thyroid Answers Podcast, Dr. Eric Balcavage and Dr. Erica Riggleman discuss Small Intestinal Bowel Overgrowth with the CEO and founder of Aerodiagnostics Gary M. Stapleton.

Unlike the colon (or large bowel), which is rich with bacteria. Patients with bacterial overgrowth typically develop symptoms including nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, malnutrition, weight loss and malabsorption.
